A personalised cleaning schedule

One of our Area Contract Managers will visit to discuss your cleaning requirement and we will make a cleaning schedule to ensure that absolutely nothing gets missed.  Working a schedule of daily cleaning and deep cleaning systems alongside each other your premises will never have looked so good and your staff will thank you for working in such a clean healthy environment.

Dedicated contract manager

Having a clean is vitally important but sometimes managing the cleaning contract becomes almost a part time job. Odesa Limited will take that strain away from you.  Your dedicated contract manager will make sure that the contract runs smoothly and our speedy customer service will address any additional requirements you may have. While our highly trained and motivated staff will deliver a high quality service leaving you to spend your time attending to other matters.

Staff training

Our highly trained experienced team have been thoroughly instructed in the safe use of all of our ECO friendly products while delivering a high standard of cleaning at your offices.  They have received H&S training and will ensure that your staff and visitors will be kept safe when cleaning is in progress.


We take all necessary measures to ensure that all Odesa staff are of the highest calibre and are vetted with enhanced DBS if they are working within a school or secure environment. We work in conjunction with the Home Office, making sure that all of our staff are legally entitled to work within the United Kingdom. Every member of staff is provided with an Odesa branded uniform so they can be easily identified on site.

Monitoring of cleaning standards

Our quality of service is monitored by our team of Contract Managers and Area Supervisors. The Area Supervisors visit regularly to monitor cleaning standards and make sure they are up to our high expectations. They report to your dedicated Contract Manager who will be in contact with you to make sure that the contract is running smoothly. Basically, we can practically guarantee client satisfaction.

Speedy customer service

Our Office Support team focus on dealing with any queries you may have and they are your first point of contact.  They are a great group of people who always go the extra mile to keep you happy with the service we provide.
